Background
NESCO Specialty Rentals was a provider of specialized truck and heavy equipment solutions.
The Brief
NESCO were outdated and followed manual processes. Dauntless were brought in to transform the business & push beyond its competitors & position as a market leader.
Understanding the users
Through user research we uncovered poor navigation, structure and lack of relevant information about their services.
The Proposal

After review of the site architecture we worked hard to simplify the user journey. Previously requesting a quote was very confusing – we simplified the process through adding well know e-commerce style features.
